Great location and friendly staff
Location, atmosphere/design, and staff were great!
Room could have been cleaned a bit better and a bit more space for weight lifting equipment in the fitness studio. It's only ideal for two people at a time.

Amazing hotel and really attentive welcoming staff.
Really cool design, the staff was super welcoming and helpful. They let us checkin earlier around 13pm which made us really happy since we were super tired from the trip. I informed them that it was my birthday and our wedding anniversary and they brought us ballons, small piece of cake and note which we thought it was super cute and it really made our stay extra special. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable as well. The lobby and the restaurant down stair was super pretty and aesthetic and it’s really worth chilling in there for a bit.
Bathroom facilities was as bit too old, you could see some rust on the bath and the toilet seat could be changed since it started changing colour and becoming a bit yellowy . But all of this doesn’t really matter or impact the stay.

A very comfortable stay, convenient for the centre without being too busy.
The location was very good. Although just outside the central area (and therefore better value), it was a short walk to transport, and the Rijsmuseum. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There was an excellent choice for breakfast, which was very well-presented. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
Very minor points: 1. The room did not include a kettle, only a coffee machine - it was quite awkward to use this to brew tea (using hot water function) - also, the water/coffee was dispensed in fixed amounts which caused the cups to overflow. 2. China cups would have been better in the breakfast room, rather than paper cups with plastic lids.
